A national effort, Salutation Nation will elevate yoga community as thousands of people across North America join in a complimentary asana practice in their own community. Across the continent, mats will roll out onto grass, sand, tile, and pavement as part of this incredible yoga experience grounded in community. We invite people of all different backgrounds, ages, and athletic abilities to spend one hour together with friends, teachers, neighbors, and perfect strangers connecting, being present, and most importantly having fun!
Join Monica as she leads us through a practice appropriate for all levels! Rain site: Studio Z. (Please note, Studio Z's usual 9am class will be canceled in favor of this class!)
