Happy New Year and Happy Hour!

Happy New Year!!  Are you ready to establish some positive habits in 2012?  Our resolutions often set us up with unrealistic expectations.  When we can't meet those expectations, we inevitably feel bad.  

Instead, how about setting an intention to cultivate positive habits?  Write one positive thing to do for yourself down on your calendar each day: e.g. go to yoga class, eat one more serving of fruit or veggies than you usually do, compliment a colleague.  Then do it!  Pretty soon you won't have to schedule or even think about it any more...it will just be habit.  And bonus....you won't be beating yourself up for failure or lack of discipline!

 You can start this week with  yoga at Studio Z!  We have changed our evening schedule:

Monday: Yoga Mix 5:45 - 7pm
Wednesday: Yoga Mix 5:45 - 7pm
First Friday of every month:  Happy Hour Yoga 5:45 - 6:45pm

Morning schedule stays the same.
